Refund policy

At Monaco Legacy, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality fashion products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are processed.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Standard Products: You may request a return or refund for standard products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Custom and Personalized Products: Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, these are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This also includes products customized through our "Dopamine Designs & Apparel" service.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the defect or damage.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom and personalized products.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Perishable goods, dietary supplements, and personal care or beauty products.
  • Gift cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@monacolegacy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% of the product's price will be deducted from your refund for non-defective standard returns. This helps cover the cost of processing the return.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@monacolegacy.com.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@monacolegacy.com.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this policy will be handled in the courts of the Netherlands.
